Multi-Use Trail System: GHS Swamp Rabbit Trail

The Greenville Health System Swamp Rabbit Trail stretches for 17.5 miles and snakes around the Reedy River. This is an ideal trail to run or walk around for exercise. There are also many other fun activities to participate in around this trail, including geocaching, which is an outdoor treasure hunting game that requires a GPS device. There are more than 60 Geocaches that can be located on the trail.

Incredible Views: Blue Ridge Escarpment

The Blue Ridge Mountains are the pride and joy of South Carolina, and also make for a fantastic view. These mountains start at lower elevations in Greenville, so a cliff is formed where the mountains are turned to foothills. This is where Table Rock Mountain is located. And with an 11,00-acre area encompassing the Blue Bridge Escarpment, the view is truly incredible. Experience mountain streams, lakes, and hardwood forests, as well as the diverse plant and animal habitat, found within the park.

Additionally, it is an exceptional location to take your kids, as there are multiple playground areas. You will also find the Cleveland zoo, which houses many exotic animals.
